BEATStroke delivers support and motivation to your fingertips to help you reduce your risk of another stroke.

Here's how BEATStroke can help you build healthy habits.

TIPS

Practical tips on diet, exercise, and prevention of stroke and heart disease will be delivered to you by text 3-5 times a week. The tips will focus on small, doable changes that can add up to big improvements in your overall health.

REMINDERS

It is easy to get sidetracked and forget to take medicine or monitor your health. BEATStroke gives you the ability to schedule customized text message reminders to take medication, exercise, monitor blood pressure, or check blood sugars.

MOTIVATION

If you could use a little extra encouragement, BEATStroke will send you general motivational messages or a personal motivational message you design yourself. To make getting healthy more fun, there will be monthly BEATStroke contests that can qualify you to win prizes.

This 6-month text message program is available for FREE to people from participating clinics and community programs.
