This privacy policy applies to the website www.beatT2diabetes.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by BEATDiabetes (“BEATDiabetes”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).  BEATDiabetes has developed this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) for you, the visitor/user, to demonstrate our commitment to privacy on the Internet.  This Policy describes the information that we collect when you use and access the Site, how we (or our trusted third party service providers) use it and how and under what circumstances we share that information.  This Policy does not apply to information collected in any other way, such as offline communications.

BEATDiabetes may also collect information that qualifies as Protected Health Information (“PHI”) when you voluntarily submit such information through the Site. Any information that qualifies as PHI will be handled according to our HIPAA Privacy Policy as outlined in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

The amended Privacy Policy supersedes all previous versions.
